





What did I notice from tracking my mood?
Yes, my appetite is all over the place with highs and lows, my energy level is in line with my sleep, and my sleep messes with my mood. Most of the other data points are not particularly useful. I thought they would be, but no.
Would I do this again?
No, can’t say that I would. I think I’ll be more aware of what’s going on with my mood going forward and what impacts it (like sleep), but I don’t think I will actively be tracking these things. However, I think I will be trying to get more sleep and maybe tracking that. I say this because during this mood tracking thing I have been super cranky in the mornings where I don’t get a good night’s sleep and I just don’t like the way I feel when I’m like this. As far as recording it and putting it in a chart, maybe not.
